General terms and conditions for the delivery of products by Myndr.
1 General
1.1 Myndr is a registered trademark of InternetSwitch BV, registered with the Chamber of Commerce of Arnhem under the number 69503370. The VAT number is NL857897202B01. mindr’s address is Marspoortstraat 13, 7201 HN in Zutphen.
1.2 Accessibility: You can reach us the easiest by email or the contactform on the website. If you wish to speak to one of us please click here and leave your number so we can call you back within a working day.
2 Acceptance and your rights as a customer
2.1 These Terms apply if you place an order with mindr or if you authorise mindr to charge your bank account for the order amount.
2.2 Delivery: After order and payment, mindr is delivered within a minimum of 24 hours and up to 72 hours.
2.3 You can return your order within 14 days. If you wish to return mindr after receipt, we expect you to carefully handle packaging so that we receive the products in good condition. The shipping costs of the return shipment are for your account.
2.4 Of course, we do our utmost best to have everything meet your expectations. If something did not go as expected, we will resolve it as soon as possible. If your order has not arrived in good condition, we will send you a replacement package.
2.5 If you have returned mindr correctly, we will refund the purchase amount as soon as possible, but always within 14 days of the confirmation of return-shipping receipt. Did we make a mistake with your payment? You can reclaim up to 3 months after your order to have us refund your money.
3 Our offer
3.1 Validity: If our offer has a limited period of validity or certain conditions, we will always mention it clearly.
3.2 Description: We do our best to describe any offers as accurately as possible and ensure our images are as truthful as possible so that you can make an informed decision. We can however not be held responsible for mistakes made. The offer always includes the price including VAT and shipping, how to order, how to pay and how to contact us.
4 General Data Protection Regulation
We record your data in our central file. This is in order to be able to inform you about new developments with mindr. We hereby comply with the rules of the General Data Protection Regulation. We will never pass your information on to others, including your email address. If you do not want to be kept informed, you can always unsubscribe from the [email protected] link at the bottom of each email.
Under the General Data Protection Regulation we allow users to configure their own personal preferences regarding the storage of cookies. You can manage and update your personal preferences on meetmindr.com/cookies.
5 Liability
5.1. mindr warrants that the products we provide are suitable for the purpose for which they are intended on the basis of the information provided by mindr and ensure that the products comply with any statutory obligations and other government regulations that apply to that purpose.
5.2 mindr guarantees that the products and services supplied by it are produced and delivered with respect for mankind and the environment.
5.3 The liability of mindr (other than product liability) is limited to direct damage and the amount of the net invoice value of the product. mindr is not liable for any form of indirect damage.
6 Applicable law and competent court
All agreements apply exclusively to Dutch law. All disputes are solely settled by the competent Dutch court.
